At Quorvexxiph, we take pride in our handcrafted fabric accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options.

Standard Products

For non-customized items (tote bags, pouches, and scarves without personalization):

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of personalized items:

  • Custom orders with monograms, embroidery, or specific fabric choices cannot be returned
  • All customization options are final once production begins
  • We provide detailed previews and confirmations before starting your order
  • Exceptions may be made for defective items or errors on our part

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by Quorvexxiph

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact us to initiate the exchange request
  • Ship the original item back to us
  • We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Ship the item securely with tracking information

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
